To find books on particular genres of films, type in these, among other, subject headings: "feature films"; "documentary films"; "film noir"; "silent films"; "horror films"; "western films"; "musical films"; "animated films"; "comedy films"; "adventure films."
Combine concepts using AND. For example: "animated films" and "directories"; "gangster films" and "dictionaries"; "films" and "encyclopedias"; "women" ("African Americans," "India," etc.) and "motion pictures."
